Looked After, It Outlives All Of Us
Six habits, and one free service you should use every year.
At Home
Six Rules Worth Following
Put it on last
Perfume, hairspray and lotion dull gold faster than wear does. Jewellery goes on after you're dressed and comes off first.
Never soak kundan or polki
The stones sit on lac and gold foil. Water lifts them. Wipe with a dry, soft cloth only — never a brush.
Store pieces separately
Diamonds scratch gold, and stacked bangles wear each other thin at the contact points. Soft pouches, one piece each.
Take gold off in the pool
Chlorine attacks the alloys in 18K gold over time and can weaken solder joints.
Check prongs yearly
A loose prong is silent until the stone is gone. Bring diamond pieces in once a year for a check.
Keep the invoice
Weight and purity on the invoice are what exchange, insurance and valuation all depend on.
Lifetime Care
Complimentary cleaning, polishing and re-stringing
For jewellery bought with us, cleaning and polishing are free for as long as you own the piece. Pearl and bead strands are re-strung at cost of materials only.
Bring the piece to the showroom or message us first — heavier bridal sets are serviced overnight and returned the following day.

Have Old Gold? Let's Give It A New Beginning.
Bring your old gold to the showroom for purity testing and evaluation in front of you. Exchange value is confirmed after testing — never estimated over a message.
